Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are made-to-order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been produced and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Once production is complete, delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Total delivery time = Production time (2-7 days) + Shipping time (varies by location)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We use flat-rate shipping provided by our fulfillment partner.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.
International Orders International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Issues If you experience any issues with your order (damaged items, manufacturing defects, or quality concerns), please contact us within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date. Multiple Items Orders containing multiple products may ship together or separately depending on production schedules and product categories.
